Lees of Charleston, WV recently obtained a jury verdict in the total amount of $23,600,000 from a Shelby County, TN jury against Dr. Claudia Moise and her medical practice.
$11,000,000 Sexual Assault
Our firm represented a minor child that was the victim of repeated sexual assault. A lawsuit was filed and judgment was entered against the offending party in the amount of $1 million dollars in compensatory damages and $10 million dollars in punitive damages.
